The logis hotel "Le Tisseur des Saveurs" in Panissières tells the story of an elegant 19th-century building, once owned by a family of weavers.
Transformed into a restaurant and hotel-restaurant, completely renovated in 2017 by two native children in love with their region, pastry chef Frédéric Guerpillon and his wife, Patricia, this address today pays a fine tribute to the cultural and industrial wealth of the Morning Mountains region. A region that has been dedicated to weaving for centuries and still uses its excellence to promote haute couture and industry in France and abroad.
It's a unique place in the heart of the Lyonnais mountains on the Loire side, a cosy setting decorated with great care and originality for professionals and tourists alike.

Tout était très bien.
Néanmoins et j’attache une grande importance à ce sujet.
Aucune musique dans la salle de restaurant.
Un silence trop pesant.
Des chuchotements de clients.
Une ambiance monacal.
Dommage.
Accueil professionnel, souriant et chaleureux.
Hôtel très calme, chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable.
D'une propreté irréprochable.
Très bonne cuisine de produits frais accompagné par une bonne sélection de vins.
Petit déjeuner composé d'excellent de produits locaux.
Très bonne idée l'identification des producteurs.
L'hôtel porte très bien son nom en parlant de Saveurs.

J'avais réservé une chambre PMR depuis 1 an et à notre arrivée cela n'était pas noté.
J'avais pourtant appelé 2 fois.
Heureusement, la chambre était libre.
Sinon, nous n'aurions pas eu de chambre pour la grand mère du marié, de 86 ans avec un deambulateur.
J'avais également demandé à ce que mes invités ne paient pas et que je règle en venant les récupérer .
Trop tard, ils avaient payé.
A part le manque d'ascenseur pour accéder au deuxième étage, tout est parfait.

I appreciated very much having a warm, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable room in the hotel where I could rest and recover after each busy day of clearing and selling my house in Panissières.
Each day's breakfast was good too.
My stay made a difficult week much easier to get through.
La qualité du service s’est dégradé depuis les deux dernières années.
C’est dommage
