A delightful blend of creativity and expertise from chef Gaby and master pastry chef Frédéric Guerpillon, the cuisine at the Tisseur des Saveurs restaurant in Panissières combines tradition and modernity. It is home cooking with a bold twist. It is woven with the seasons, drawing its inspiration from the aisles of the market, using the finest local produce.
You can enjoy the chef's generous dishes in the restaurant's beautifully decorated dining room and on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Forez mountains when the weather is fine.
